Begin mold making:
remove all parts to be molded separately
Shim to part molds.
Apply mold material, several layers
Continue applying
layers of mold material to all sections of the sculpture
Apply layers
of light-weight shell over
all molded surfaces
Remove all sections of shell
from mold
Remove all
silicon molds from sculpture
Begin wax working:
pour/paint wax positives
for all molds
Chase, sprue,
and vent all wax positives
Begin ceramic
shell work: apply multiple
coats of ceramic shell
Begin casting:
load shell into kiln,
melt out wax to produce hollow vessel
